2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
- Contact the store’s customer service team or use the contact details provided on your order confirmation email. You can also submit a cancel or return request from the store interface itself.
- Provide your order ID, reason for the refund, and, if applicable, images of the product showing damage or defect.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions for returning the product.
3. Refund Process
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a full refund.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may request a refund after the product is delivered following the guidelines above.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not provided for:
