We deliver to all major cities and towns in India. If an order is placed from a remote or non-serviceable area, Wcommerce reserves the right to cancel the order and notify the customer accordingly.

4. Order processing time

  • Orders are processed and handed over to our logistics partners within 1 business day of order confirmation.
  • Store owners are notified immediately once the order is shipped.

5. Delivery timeframe

  • ‍Standard delivery: Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days, depending on the customer’s location.
  • Express delivery (if available for specific locations): Selected orders may be delivered within 1-2 business days, at no additional cost.

6. Tracking orders

Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp, allowing them to track their shipment in real time.

7. Delays and exceptions

While we aim to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe, certain factors may cause delays, such as:

  • Natural calamities, strikes, or other unforeseen disruptions.
  • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer.In case of delays, Wcommerce will inform the customer and take appropriate action to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Failed delivery attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package:

  • Our logistics partner will attempt one redelivery.
  • If redelivery fails, the order will be returned to the origin, and Wcommerce will contact the customer for further instructions.

9. Return to origin (RTO)

If an order is returned to the origin due to failed delivery attempts or non-serviceable locations, Wcommerce will either arrange for redelivery or issue a refund, depending on the customer’s preference.

Products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. For fragile or delicate items, additional protective packaging is used to ensure safe delivery.
