To get started, open the Wcommerce.store & click on Get Started on your phone or desktop.

  1. Enter your mobile number (e.g., +91 9653534679).
  2. Click Continue.

Step 2: Open WhatsApp and Copy the OTP

After entering your number, you’ll receive a 4-digit OTP on your WhatsApp.

  1. Enter the OTP you received (e.g., 5784).
  2. Click Continue to verify your number.

Step 3: Create Your Profile

Now, it’s time to set up your profile.

  1. Enter your First Name (e.g., Subham).
  2. Enter your Last Name (e.g., Kumar).
  3. Click Create Profile once done.

Step 4: Enter Your Address

  1. Enter your Address.
  2. Add a Landmark (optional).
  3. Enter your Pincode.
  4. Your City and State will auto-fill.
  5. Click Confirm.

Step 5: Create Your Store

Now it’s time to create your store.

  1. Enter your Store Name.
  2. Your store name becomes your store link (example: Maa Kali General Store → maa-kali-general-store.wcommerce.store).
  3. Click on Verify to verify your Store Link.
  4. Add a Store Description (e.g., Wellness, nutrition and family products at best price and best quality).
  5. Upload your photo.
  6. Click on Create Store.

Step 6: Launch Store

Click Launch Store. 🎉Congratulations! Your store is now live.

1. Two Ways to Return a Product

Customers can return products within 7 days of delivery in two ways:

A. Return at Kirana Store

  • Customer takes the product back to the kirana store.
  • Store owner checks if the product is unopened and undamaged.
  • If accepted, refund is processed immediately to the customer’s original payment method.
  • Refund is usually instant (UPI, wallet payments) or within 24 hours.
  • Credit card refunds may take longer as per bank timelines.

B. Return via Courier Pickup

  • Customer raises a return request online (from Order Details).
  • Courier pickup is scheduled within 24–48 hours.
  • Refund is issued after the product reaches the warehouse and passes the quality check.

2. Return Acceptance Rules

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Products not meeting these rules may be rejected.

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is validated, refund starts within 24 hours.
  • UPI / Wallet payments → usually instant.
  • Debit / Credit card payments → depend on bank processing time (may take 2–5 working days).
  • Refunds are always issued to the original payment method.

4. Instant Refund Rules

  • Instant refund works if the return value is below ₹750.

Running your store is simple. You earn profit on every order, money adds to your wallet, and you can withdraw to your bank account easily.

1. Creating Your Store

To start earning, you first need to create your store profile. Follow the simple steps in our Store Setup Guide to launch your store. Once your store is live, you can begin selling and earning profits.

2. Understanding Profit Margins

Every product listed in your store already shows you:

  • MRP (Maximum Retail Price) → This is the price your customer pays.
  • B2B Price → The wholesale cost to Wcommerce.
  • Margin % → The percentage of profit you will earn.
  • Margin Amount → The exact money you receive for each unit sold.

Example (45% Margin):

  • Suppose a product’s MRP is ₹800.
  • With a 45% margin, you will earn ₹360 profit if sold at full MRP.

VIP Bonus:

  • VIP Store Owners get +10–15% extra margins.
  • Unlock phone support for faster help.
  • Make your first sale to become a VIP.

3. How to add Discounts

You can easily give a 5% or 10% discount on all products in your store.

  1. Open your Store Owner Dashboard.
  2. Go to My Store Discounts.
  3. Select 5% or 10%.
  4. Done! Your discount is live. Customers will now see reduced prices automatically.

Example:

  • A product has MRP ₹800.
  • With 10% discount, selling price = ₹720.
  • If your margin is 45%, your profit will be ₹220.

Discounts attract more customers and increase sales.

4. Check All Orders

You can check your orders in two ways:

  • On the Home Screen, see a quick summary of Total Orders, In Process, Returns and Cancelled.
  • In Dashboard → Orders, see full details for each order, including product, profit, delivery status, and returns.

This makes it easy to track everything your store is selling.

5. Link Your Bank Account

After launching your store, you must link your bank account to withdraw money:

  • Go to Settings → Bank Details in your Store Owner Dashboard.
  • Enter Account Holder Name, Account Number, and IFSC Code.
  • Your bank will send a test deposit of ₹1–₹2 to confirm your account.
  • Once verified, your wallet will be activated for withdrawals.

6. How to Withdraw

  • Open your Dashboard → Wallet.
  • Click Withdraw Now → Request Withdrawal.
  • Withdrawals are processed immediately to your original payment method (credit cards may take 1-2 days depending on the your bank).

7. Minimum Amount to Withdraw

  • You must keep ₹100 in your wallet at all times.
  • You can withdraw whenever your balance is ₹100 or more.
  • This rule avoids extra bank charges.
  • If you close your store, you can withdraw the entire amount, including the last ₹100 (T&C apply).

8. When Profit Shows in Dashboard

  • After an order is delivered, there is a 7-day return period.
  • Once 7 days are over (and the product is not returned), your profit from that order will appear in your wallet.

What is a GSTIN Number?

GSTIN (Goods & Services Tax Identification Number) is a 15-digit number given to registered businesses.

  • Needed if your yearly sales are above ₹40 lakhs.
  • Not required when you are small or just starting.
  • Having GSTIN gives you more benefits like tax savings and trust.

How to Add GSTIN or Sell Without It

After you launch your store, you can manage GST options anytime.

With GSTIN:

  • Open the Store Owner Dashboard (click Store Owner Login or Get Started on the home page).
  • Go to Settings → My Account.
  • Click the icon after I do not have a GST.
  • Enter your GSTIN and click Verify.

Without GSTIN:

  • Go to Settings → My Account.
  • Turn on the "Convert to an Affiliate Status" to sell without GSTIN.
  • Your store will now use Wcommerce GST, so you can sell all over India.

Benefits of Having a GSTIN

  • Sell all over India under your own GST.
  • Save money with Input Tax Credit (ITC).
  • Build more trust with customers.

Example of Input Tax Credit (ITC)

If you have a GSTIN, you can benefit from ITC:

  • Example: You buy ₹10,000 worth of ingredients and pay ₹1,000 GST. You sell health, beauty & family products for ₹20,000 and collect ₹2,000 GST.
