Who can attend?
Creators in fashion, beauty, lifestyle and travel, by application only. Whether you already have a brand on Wcommerce or are just starting out, you can apply. Only creators are approved, and every application is screened against the same criteria as our creator brand application.
Is there a fee to attend?
No. Applying and attending are both free.
I don't have a brand yet. Should I apply?
Yes. Many creators in the room will be launching for the first time. You'll build your brand live at the summit, so come with a brand name idea if you have one, and a few product photos with prices.
Does follower count decide who's approved?
No. We look at the quality of your content, how regularly you post, whether your engagement is real, and whether you have a live store or a clear product idea.
I'm a travel creator. Can I apply?
Yes, if you have a product idea, such as travel gear, accessories, merch or regional goods. A travel audience on its own isn't enough, because the summit is about building a brand you own.
What happens after I apply?
You'll hear back on WhatsApp and email within 3 working days: approved, waitlisted, or not this time. If you're approved, we unlock your number on Wcommerce so you can start building before the day, and you confirm your seat within 48 hours.
What should I bring?
Your phone or laptop, a brand name idea, and one to three product photos with prices. We'll send setup steps when you're approved.
Where is it?
Hyderabad. We'll share the venue with approved attendees.
What if I'm waitlisted?
Seats can open up when approved creators don't confirm. If one does, we'll message you on WhatsApp and email.
